
DLL announced that effective May 9, 2026, Rob van den Heuvel, currently general manager Europe within DLL, will succeed Mike Janse in the position of chief operating officer and member of the DLL Executive Board. Mike Janse will continue his 22-year career with DLL as general manager of the U.S. after having completed eight years as DLL’s COO and Member of the DLL Executive Board.
Van den Heuvel’s career at DLL started in 2001 in risk, after which he transitioned into finance where he was CFO for several key business units. Between 2013 and 2018, he was senior vice-president asset management, remarketing and insurance with responsibility for all global asset management, insurance and remarketing activities for DLL’s total portfolio. After that, he held leadership roles in DLL’s joint venture with AGCO Corporation, AGCO Finance, for almost six years, first as general manager AGCO Finance Europe and later as the head of AGCO Finance. In his current role as general manager Europe, he has held end-to-end responsibility for the European region, spanning 16 countries.
