Integrating full loan servicing into the company’s operations required employees to quickly learn multiple new systems within a compressed timeline.

Through Bonneur’s leadership and a collaborative team effort, KLC successfully strengthened its servicing department while creating capacity for team members to focus on other key initiatives.
