Our client is the equipment finance and leasing subsidiary of a leading regional bank, and looking for a high-performing sales professional to lead equipment finance growth across their banking footprint.

What You’ll Do

As a Regional Equipment Finance Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind expanding our equipment finance and leasing portfolio by:

✔ Originating and closing new equipment finance transactions

✔ Partnering with Commercial Banking teams to uncover opportunities and strengthen client   relationships

✔ Conducting joint sales calls and presenting creative financing solutions

✔ Structuring and negotiating equipment finance transactions

✔ Managing deals from prospecting through funding

✔ Expanding relationships within the Bank’s existing client base

✔ Building a strong pipeline and executing regional growth strategies

✔ Serving as the trusted equipment finance expert for both clients and internal banking partners

What We’re Looking For

Qualified candidates will possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • 7+ years of equipment finance, commercial lending, or related financial services experience
  • Proven track record of business development success
  • Strong understanding of equipment finance structures and credit analysis
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
  • A consultative sales approach focused on delivering client solutions
