LTi Technology Solutions (LTi) named Amy Manning chief customer officer (CCO). In this role, she will lead the company’s full post-sale customer experience, including Customer Success, Professional Services, and Customer Support, and will serve as a member of the executive leadership team.
Manning has served as LTi’s interim CCO, where she’s already made a significant impact on the company’s customer organization. Her appointment to the role on a permanent basis reflects that impact and the company’s continued investment in scaling our customer-centric organization.

Manning brings nearly 20 years of Customer Success leadership experience in B2B SaaS to the role. She’s known for combining data and process with a hands-on approach to helping customers realize measurable value from their technology investments, and for building high-performing teams.
