DLL announced the closing of its second U.S. Asset Backed securitization (ABS) of 2026, “DLLAA 2026-1,” issuing notes totaling $626 million, including a tranche retained by DLL. The transaction is backed by assets of AGCO Finance, the preferred financing partner for AGCO Corporation, a global leader in agricultural solutions.

The transaction is rated F1+/P-1 or AAA/Aaa by Fitch and Moody’s, respectively.

“This marks our second ABS transaction of the year, and once again, it was met with strong investor demand. We are encouraged by this continued engagement, which underscores the strength and consistency of DLL’s programmatic ABS issuance,” said Brian Burket, vice president of Securitization at DLL.

“We are pleased by the continued growth of DLL’s investor base and greatly value the trust and confidence investors continue to demonstrate in our securitization platform. These securitization transactions play an important role in our long-term strategy to diversify USD funding sources,” said Alp Sivrioğlu, DLL chief financial officer and member of the Executive Board.
