“The B2C finance world has enjoyed better UX for years while B2B finance continues to live a decade or more behind,” Iavarone says.
Iavarone builds a culture of innovation on trust, change management and a practice he calls reverse mentoring, regularly meeting with recent hires to bring fresh perspectives into the room. He believes that group’s proximity to newer generational thinking has been essential to keeping ideas from getting stale.
