Meaningful industry advocacy begins by helping leaders see new possibilities — then giving them the confidence to act. That’s the philosophy that drives Lori Frasier, founder and CEO of BrightPath Workforce Strategies.
One of Frasier’s proudest achievements is her role in founding the ELFA Women’s Council in 2016. The council encouraged industry leaders and member companies to think differently about who they were investing in, changing the perspective on developing talent. The momentum from that work contributed to broader changes across the industry, including a significant increase in women’s participation across committees, councils and industry leadership roles.
“The greatest threat to equipment finance is assuming tomorrow’s workforce will thrive in yesterday’s leadership model,” Frasier says. “Industry advocacy is about ensuring equipment finance remains an industry the next generation wants to join, grow in and ultimately lead.”
