2027 NBAA PDP Course: Dynamics of Empowered Leadership
Leadership in business aviation is not defined by buzzwords – it is defined by action.
For schedulers and dispatchers, leadership happens in real time: in the quick thinking that keeps missions moving, the steady communication that brings order to shifting priorities, the coordination that connects crews, aircraft, passengers and service partners, and the drive to deliver every trip safely, efficiently, and with confidence—no matter what the day throws your way.
Held in conjunction with the 2027 NBAA Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference, this interactive session moves beyond lecture and theory and into the realities and action of the operation. You will dive into real-world scenarios, explore strategies for leading under pressure, challenge assumptions, and exchange ideas with peers who understand the pace, complexity and responsibility of business aviation scheduling and dispatch. In this course, you will uncover your blind spots and build workable tools for leading with greater clarity, confidence and impact.
This course fulfills NBAA PDP Objective Operations 2 (Ops2).
This course offers two credits for CAM recertification and three credits for initial CAM Applications.
Registration for for this course will be available by November 2026.
