BSB Leasing announced that Dylan Myerson has been named president, effective Sept. 25. Dylan leads BSB’s day-to-day operations and its direction going forward.
Don Myerson, who founded BSB in 1982 and led it as president until September, is now CEO and remains active in the business. He works with Dylan on the company’s direction, leads BSB’s funding-source relationships and continues to welcome new broker partners.
“I’m not going anywhere,” Don said. “I’m looking forward to watching Dylan grow this company.”
Dylan joined BSB nearly a decade ago with no background in equipment finance. He started by rebuilding the company’s website and Salesforce system, then learned the business and led BSB’s growth into a broader partner for brokers. Under his leadership, BSB approved 47% more deals through September than in the same period of 2025.
