Director of Capital Markets- Sell side

Our client, a leading independent equipment finance company  is seeking an experienced Capital Markets Syndication Director to join their company. This leadership role will drive funding and syndication strategies to enhance liquidity, capital efficiency, and long-term financial resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end, sell-side syndication strategy and execution
• Structure, price, and negotiate financing transactions
• Manage relationships with banks and institutional investors
• Coordinate with Sales, Credit, Legal, Accounting, Tax, and Operations
• Monitor funding markets, liquidity, and rating agency activity

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree + 10 years financial services/funding experience,
• Minimum 2 years’ leadership experience required
• Proven track record and relationships selling equipment leases to banks, and private capital companies.

Preferred Skills:

• Capital markets, structured finance, and syndications expertise
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with credit agreements and term sheets
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
