Head of Global Strategic Marketing & Digital, LifeTech
DLL
Jennifer Bello is redefining what leadership looks like for the future of equipment finance. After joining DLL in 2017 as a marketing contractor, she rapidly expanded her influence. She established the company’s first global marketing function and played a key role in growing the Commercial Finance unit by over 300% in just five years.
In 2023, Bello helped launch a cross-sector vertical combining technology, healthcare and workplace solutions, known at DLL as LifeTech. Today, she leads a global team of specialists dedicated to driving impact through marketing, digital innovation and a bold, customer-centric strategy. Her leadership is marked by authenticity, curiosity and a refusal to settle for the status quo.
“I believe in a ‘don’t not know’ attitude,” Bello says. “It means being curious, driven and bold enough to find the answer.” That mindset, coupled with her drive to challenge conventional thinking, has enabled her to push boundaries and bring fresh energy into the industry.
As a member of ELFA’s Marketing & Communications Committee and a CHIEF leadership forum participant, Bello is also elevating the voice of equipment finance in broader business circles. She champions female empowerment and mentorship, actively cultivating an inclusive, growth-oriented culture within and beyond DLL.
Bello sees the rapid evolution of AI and digital transformation as both challenge and opportunity, urging the industry to increase its speed to execution and embrace disruption. She also believes the key to attracting young talent lies in “creating the space and opportunity” — and letting new perspectives drive progress.
Through visionary marketing, cross-sector innovation and people-first leadership, Bello is setting a bold pace for the next generation of leaders in equipment finance.
“There is always going to be something next that feels more groundbreaking than the last. Being prepared for what’s next will be the difference in falling behind or being an industry leader.”
