Despite having little knowledge of floorplan financing, he quickly immersed himself in learning the industry. His “lunch-pail” mentality — showing up every day ready to work hard — helped Summerlin advance within the company. Eventually, he transitioned into Business Development, where he applied his experience strategically to drive growth and innovation.

As Summerlin continues to evolve in his career, he strives to be a leader who prioritizes collaboration, strategic thinking and empowerment.
