Documentation & Funding Manager

Our client, a highly respected, fast-growing independent equipment leasing company is seeking to hire an experienced Documentation and Funding Manager to play a critical role in ensuring precision, efficiency, and excellence throughout the lease closing and funding process. What You’ll Do

  • Oversee the documentation and funding process from clear-to-close through final funding
  • Review lease files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
  • Interact with Credit and Sales teams to provide documentation guidelines for complex transactions
  • This is a senior operational role with significant responsibility and visibility across sales, credit, legal and executive leadership developing and implementing initiatives and solutions to improve productivity while enhancing profitability
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams, escrow, title, and external partners to ensure on-time, error-free closings
  • Identify and resolve issues proactively to keep transactions moving smoothly
  • Maintain meticulous records and ensure adherence to company and regulatory standards
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact during the final stages of the lease process

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience of lease documentation and management
  • Strong understanding of leasing and lending workflows
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines without sacrificing quality
  • Clear, professional communication skills
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
