Northwest Bank – The Credit Analyst III – Equipment Finance is responsible for performing financial statement spreading, underwriting and credit analysis to support commercial lending and commercial loan portfolio management activities.  The Credit Analyst III will be focused on completing credit memos representing new money requests to new and existing Borrowers.  The Credit Analyst III – Equipment Finance will also support the Portfolio Management team by completing annual reviews, renewals, change memos and modifications.  The Credit Analyst III – Equipment Finance will be assigned credits representing higher aggregate exposure and/or complex credits.

Northwest Bank  – The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for prospecting and selling loan/lease as well as turn-key bank loan products to new prospects and existing relationships with both private and public middle market companies. New business is developed through direct sales origination with generally middle market companies, both private and publicly traded, in the areas of – manufacturing, wholesalers, distributors and service companies, etc.  Transaction sizes range from $3 million to $30 million, with the average transaction size of $3 – $10 million.
