Bryn Mawr Capital Management, a subsidiary of WSFS Financial, expanded into southern Delaware and established a new presence in Boca Raton, FL, after closing an asset purchase agreement with a woman-founded, owned and managed registered investment advisory firm based in Rehoboth Beach, DE.
With this purchase, Bryn Mawr Capital Management added six new associates. With the addition of these new team members, Bryn Mawr Capital Management can provide guidance and solutions to clients seeking to optimize their financial goals in southern Delaware and Florida.
Financial advisor Jackie Blue will lead Bryn Mawr Capital Management’s expansion into southern Delaware. Blue will be joined in the Rehoboth office by Andres Bonell and Sally Lawson as senior investment advisors, Ellen Shea as an investment advisor and Irene Sole as a client service associate. Jackie Reeves, director of retirement plan services for Bryn Mawr Capital Management, will lead the Boca Raton office.

Piper Sandler served as M&A advisor and Troutman Pepper served as legal advisor to Bryn Mawr Capital Management. Park Sutton Advisors, a Waller Helms company, served as the seller’s M&A advisor in the transaction.
