CSI Leasing Makes Several Leadership Promotions



CSI Leasing named Brian Wahoff chief information officer. The company also promoted Rachel Fick to senior vice president of global marketing, Kirk Kasicki to senior vice president of corporate tax, Pete Kindig to senior vice president of of IT systems, Ed Concannon to vice president of IT systems and Natalie Conway to assistant vice president of global marketing.

Wahoff joined CSI from its wholly-owned subsidiary, EPC, where he was chief technology officer. In his new role as CIO, Wahoff will oversee all IT operations, including infrastructure, information security, application development and the data warehouse. During his 27-year tenure at EPC, Wahoff developed and was later lead architect on EPC’s IT asset disposition system, Iinvision. Wahoff also created and maintained EPC’s SecureTrack data handling processes and designed EPC’s information security program. Wahoff is a certified ethical hacker and has trained in forensic information gathering/management.

With his proven track record and long history at EPC, I am confident he will hit the ground running,” Steve Hamilton, chairman and CEO of CSI Leasing, said. “Brian will also be looking for opportunities to consolidate initiatives between CSI and EPC to help both companies provide an even more seamless experience to our customers and business alliances.”

Previously vice president of global marketing, Fick will continue her role developing and implementing CSI’s global marketing strategy while with leading CSI’s creative team. Prior to CSI, she held various marketing positions at the University of Missouri-St. Louis and Weintraub Advertising. She has been with CSI for nearly 17 years.

Kasicki was previously vice president of corporate tax and will continue his role managing global income tax accounting and reporting. Kasicki specializes in corporate and international tax and is responsible for the calculation and filing of U.S. and Canadian income tax returns for CSI. He began his career at CSI in 2001 and moved to Enterprise Rent-A-Car in 2004 before eventually returning to CSI in 2010.

Kindig was previously the vice president of IT systems and will continue his role supervising CSI’s network, security and PC support groups globally. Additionally, he will implement and support domestic and international networks, servers and end-user devices. He also will support CSI’s disaster recovery site. Kindig is based in St. Louis and has been with CSI for 21 years.

Concannon was previously assistant vice president of IT systems and will now focus on cybersecurity initiatives while continuing his role managing CSI’s servers and networking system on a global scale. Prior to CSI, Concannon held a variety of IT-related positions in the healthcare sector. Concannon is based in St. Louis and has been with CSI for 21 years.

Conway previously served as senior marketing specialist and specializes in design and branding and is also responsible for international internal communication. Conway began her career with CSI as a marketing assistant in 2016 and is based in Augusta, GA.
