Equipment Finance Cares Establishes Charitable Fund

Equipment Finance Cares formed EF Cares Charitable Fund, a newly established fund that will allow Equipment Finance Cares to support charities affiliated with equipment finance professionals and organizations outside of its traditional regional events. Individual Equipment Finance Cares donations and proceeds from the upcoming annual Equipment Finance Cares Charity Golf Tournament will provide the money to maintain the fund.

“EF Cares continues to evolve as an organization to support the charitable efforts of our community,” Jesse Johnson, founder of Equipment Finance Cares, said. “The charitable fund will allow for equipment finance professionals and organizations to get additional support for their charitable efforts.”

The fund will support charitable organizations on their days of giving and during special events while also fulfilling one-off requests to support members in the equipment finance community. Individuals may apply by submitting a fund request at equipmentfinancecares.com.

Equipment Finance Cares is a 501(c)(3) organization that has hosted more than 300 equipment finance professionals from 130 different organizations since its inception in 2021.  Equipment Finance Cares has donated more than $50,000 to 30 different charities and foundations.

The golf portion of the upcoming Equipment Finance Cares Charity Golf Tournament on Aug. 7 in Rockland County, NY, is sold out; however, tickets to the dinner/networking portion of the event are still available.
