Leasepath Introduces End-to-End Loan and Lease Management Solution Built Entirely on Microsoft Dynamics 365

Leasepath, a software provider specializing in commercial equipment finance origination software, announced the general availability of Leasepath Enterprise, a cloud-first equipment finance lifecycle management platform powered by Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. Leasepath Enterprise is available for immediate deployment.

Leasepath Enterprise is the expansion of Leasepath’s award-winning flagship CRM and Origination platform, now aptly renamed Leasepath Originate, with the platform the first complete Contract Management Solution (CMS) suite to be seamlessly offered in the single interface of Microsoft Dynamics 365. Leasepath Enterprise delivers an integrated front and back office, constructed on a CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365) and within a low-code/no-code platform coupled with a workflow engine (Microsoft Power Platform). It ensures that finance companies maintain consistent, unparalleled interactions with their customers, thus setting a new paradigm in customer service.

Offering efficiency, agility and transparency, Leasepath Enterprise aims to empower organizations to deliver customer servicing excellence at every stage of the leasing and lending journey within a single optimized user interface. Every department in the equipment finance journey, from sales, underwriting, credit, funding, servicing, accounting, collections and asset management can use the platform to gain access to purpose-built solutions for their needs.

“Your intelligent workplace just got smarter,” Jeffrey Bilbrey, CEO of Leasepath, said. “Leasepath Enterprise is a quantum leap forward, representing our unwavering commitment to innovation and our mission to empower finance companies with a truly cohesive view of their customer interactions.

“We exercised immense caution and due diligence in developing this cutting-edge back-office capability. We formed a customer advisory board consisting of 10 of our existing customers and met weekly for a year to gather the finest ideas for efficient portfolio servicing. Following two additional years of meticulous development, refining those ideas, we have three customers live and already experiencing the transformative effects of Leasepath Enterprise. We decided to hold off on the public announcement of this new product until we could offer live, referenceable customers, substantiating the effectiveness and efficiency of our platform.”

“All of Leasepath Enterprise can be configured, from financial products and checklists to chart of accounts and booking process.  It is configuration without the need to write code,” Michael Baez, vice president at Leasepath, said. “This approach offers customers complete control over their platform and data, and the agility needed to make changes at the speed their business dictates.”

“Building our solutions in the Microsoft Power Platform has dramatically accelerated our pace of innovation and allows our team to roll out those new features seamlessly,” Peter Sadgrove, co-founder and director of product at Leasepath, said. “We have long believed in the power of Microsoft and its approach to cloud platform technology, and now that choice has proven very fortuitous.”

Leasepath will continue to offer Leasepath Originate on a standalone basis. Leasepath Originate is a platform meant to help drive sales and business development success for equipment finance brokers, independent finance, captives and funding institutions.

“Leasepath remains the same trusted brand that has provided origination solutions to the equipment finance industry for more than a decade,” Steven Sadgrove, co-founder and president of Leasepath, said. “The introduction of Leasepath Enterprise is a testament to our commitment to providing diverse product offerings that enable true end-to-end customer servicing excellence for equipment finance.”

“Leasepath Enterprise is a testament to our unwavering commitment to innovation in equipment finance,” Bilbrey said. “By delivering customer servicing excellence, we are helping equipment finance organizations drive operational excellence while enhancing customer satisfaction.”
