Monitor hosted its second annual event, Converge, on May 15 – 16 in Philadelphia. The conference ended with an awards gala at the National Constitution Center, where Monitor awarded over a dozen designations. The winners were:

- Mentor Extraordinaire: Donna Yanuzzi, executive vice president, 1st Equipment Finance
- Most Influential Woman of the Year: Michelle Speranza, Chief Marketing Officer, LEAF Commercial Capital
- MVP Behind the Scenes: David Wiener, managing director of The Alta Group
- NextGen: Jillian Munson, vice president, process and automation at QuickFi
