For 40 years, Barry Ferns worked tirelessly to grow the firm he established in 1984, shaping it into a pillar of the legal profession. In a statement, the firm stated that his unwavering commitment to justice, coupled with his compassion and sense of humor, made him not only a brilliant legal mind but also a beloved mentor to countless colleagues and clients.
The firm he nurtured continues to reflect the values Barry instilled — exceptional service and adherence to the highest ethical standards. His daughter, Amanda Ferns, will carry forward his legacy as a named partner at Ferns, Adams & Associates.
Barry Fern’s life was built on two foundational pillars: family and work. He was a source of strength and inspiration to all who had the privilege of working with him. His presence will be sorely missed but fondly remembered.
