Fortune and Great Place to Work named First American Equipment Finance one of 2023’s Best Workplaces in Financial Services & Insurance in the under 1,000 full-time employees’ category.
This is First American’s seventh time being named to this nationwide list, with the coming ranking No. 7 this year.
The Best Workplaces in Financial Services & Insurance list is based on analysis of survey responses from more than 191,000 employees from Great Place To Work certified companies in the financial services and insurance industry. Great Place to Work selected the list using analytics and confidential employee feedback. Honorees were selected based on their ability to offer positive outcomes for employees regardless of job role, race, gender, sexual orientation, work status, or any other demographic identifier. In the survey, 98% of First American’s employees said First American is a great place to work, which was 41% higher than the average U.S. company.
