Equity Bank promoted two individuals to new leadership positions within the company, including senior regional CEO and the newly-created position of regional CEO of community south. Equity also promoted 15 other employees to various positions.
Mark Parman, Equity Bank’s regional CEO of metro markets, will assume the title of senior regional CEO and will work more closely with Rick Sems, Equity Bank’s president. Parman will continue to manage the Kansas City, Tulsa and Wichita markets in Kansas. Parman has been in leadership positions with Equity Bank since 2012.
Justin Harris, Equity Bank’s regional president for the Ozark Mountain region, will assume the newly-created position of regional CEO for community south. Harris will continue to lead the Ozark Mountain region, as well as the southeast Kansas market. Harris joined Equity in 2021 as president of Equity Bank in Harrison, AR, and has worked in a variety of roles throughout his more than 20 years in the community banking industry.
Brad Daniel, Equity Bank’s Regional CEO of community west, added central, southwest and western Kansas to his regions of oversight. Daniel, who has more than 20 years of banking experience, has been in leadership roles with Equity since 2018.

Equity Bank also promoted 15 employees for 2024, which took effect following the bank’s February board of directors meeting.
Promoted to Senior Vice President
- Justin Kelly – senior vice president and commercial lender, KCHQ. Kelly has been with Equity since January 2014, most recently serving as vice president of commercial loans.
- Kirby Coale – senior vice president and commercial lender, KCHQ. Coale joined Equity in August 2010 as a credit analyst and has been working in commercial lending since 2016.
Promoted to Vice President
- David Lo – vice president and trust operations manager, Wichita, KS – Webb Road. Lo started with Equity as a trust operations supervisor more than two years ago.
- Eric Tucker – vice president and customer care manager, Wichita, KS – Rock Road. Tucker has served as Equity’s customer care manager since 2019.
- Erin Winegar – vice president of regional retail operations manager, Wichita, KS – Rock Road. Winegar joined Equity in 2021 as an assistant vice president and regional retail manager.
- Jennifer Sizemore – vice president and mortgage operations manager, Wichita, KS – Rock Road. Sizemore joined Equity in 2021 as a mortgage operations manager.
- Lizz Wilson – vice president and director of loan operations, Wichita, KS – Rock Road. Wilson started at Equity in 2013 as a loan documentation specialist.
- Renee Dowell – vice president and metro banking coordinator, KCHQ. Dowell began at Equity in 2007 as a bank manager and was most recently an assistant vice president and metro banking coordinator.

- Dalonda Sanders – assistant vice president and deposit processing manager, Wichita, KS – Rock Road
