KLC Financial Hires 11 New Team Members

KLC Financial hired 11 new team members in credit and collections, sales and marketing, accounting and operations.

“We are thrilled to welcome aboard new team members who share our vision and dedication to excellence,” Spencer Thomas, CEO of KLC Financial, said. “Their backgrounds and knowledge make a great addition to our team.”

Credit and Collections:

  • Dan Gorder joined the KLC Team as a credit analyst. Gorder has an extensive as both a credit analyst and small business underwriter, an owner and operator of his own company and experience as a case manager for a local law firm in Anoka, MN.
  • Mainhia (Mai) Moua and Seth Felts joined the KLC team as collection specialists. Moua comes from Allina Health, where she worked in accounts receivable collections for 16 years. Felts collaborates with other departments and customers to resolve collections issues and plays a crucial role in effectively managing collections processes.

Sales & Marketing:

  • Mike Cunningham joined the KLC team as marketing manager. Cunningham brings 15 years of experience in marketing in many different industries and has a track record of helping launch successful startups.
  • Karley Grandell and Cody Robak joined the KLC team as account managers. Grandell supports the sales team in maintaining customer relationships and has over three years of administrative experience and 15 years of customer service experience. Robak most recently worked in customer service and brings valuable skills that will help support KLC’s sales team and customers.

Accounting:

  • Joie Furuseth joined the KLC accounting team as an accounting supervisor. She joins with over 20 years of experience in equipment financing and oversees the financial operations ensuring accuracy and compliance with account standards.
  • Ashley Sauter and Jerry Vang joined the KLC team in the accounts payable department. Sauter came to KLC from a community bank with experience in accounts payable, loan servicing and online banking. Vang previously worked in a position where he worked on payables, purchase orders and expense reports.

Operations:

  • Arianna Valena-Nelson joined the KLC team as customer experience manager. She brings 12 years of experience in equipment finance, 19 years of customer service experience and will be leading KLC’s customer experience team.
  • Kelli Hall joined KLC as an executive assistant. Hall has years of experience as an administrative assistant and will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the company.
