TriState Capital Bank hired Sean Wetherbee as national sales director for key accounts. In this role, Wetherbee is responsible for developing sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients and opening new distribution channels.
“Sean has a record of delivering strong results and helping clients realize their long-term goals,” Chuck Fawcett, chief banking officer of TriState Capital Bank, said. “His leadership is a great fit for our team as he promotes TriState Capital’s private banking services.”
With 14 years of wealth management and product experience, Wetherbee joins TriState Capital after working at Charles Schwab as the director of wealth platform strategy for advisor services. He previously worked at TD Ameritrade Institutional.
“We’re excited to add Sean’s experience to our private banking team,” Jim Mirasola, executive vice president of private banking at TriState Capital Bank, said. “His responsibilities include overseeing the marketing, service, operations support and internal sales teams for each partner firm and their advisors and clients.”
Wetherbee holds both a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in business administration from Boston University.
