Peapack-Gladstone Financial and Peapack Private, a division of Peapack-Gladstone Bank, hired Lisa Fitzgerald as senior managing director, equipment finance operations manager. Fitzgerald is responsible for overall equipment financing lease and loan portfolio service management and acts as the primary liaison with a third-party servicer and system vendors.
Fitzgerald is a seasoned manager with extensive business and equipment financing and leasing product expertise. She brings to the bank 25 years of equipment finance and financial services experience previously serving as senior vice president, business application development and support (equipment finance and rail) at First Citizens Bank, where she was responsible for implementation and oversight of capital investment spends related to the core receivable platform for the equipment finance division of the bank.
Prior to that, as senior vice president, strategic technology and operations at Finova Capital, Fitzgerald was the lead responsible for the selection and implementation of the core business technologies needed for support of leasing and lending products with the organization from inception. Additional roles included director, technology, digital transformation/strategic initiatives, and director, business capital at The CIT Group; TSA manager/contracts manager, avolon; and financial operations lead/aerospace divestiture lead and vice president, senior operations manager at The CIT Group/Transportation Finance in Livingston, NJ.
Fitzgerald graduated from Augsburg College in Minneapolis, MN with a Bachelor of Arts in management information systems. She holds the credential of Certified Professional in Business Process Management (CPBPM) from Villanova University.
