STRIPES Leadership Program, the premier leadership development program of the equipment finance industry, will launch Cohort 6 this Fall, featuring new program enhancements.
STRIPES is amplifying and emphasizing business content and coaching within the program. In addition to its 3-Day Transformational Leadership Launch, Leadership Workshops, Master Talks and Roundtables with industry executives, STRIPES is introducing three new Business Workshops. These Workshops will focus on the critical topics of:
- Leading Change Today, For Tomorrow/Day After
- Mastering Compounded Growth & Exponential Efficiencies
- Managing Performance with the 70/20/10 Rule
Participants will also develop and execute a work-related Capstone Project centered around these business themes.
To deliver this enriched business content, STRIPES has partnered with industry veterans Ellen Comeaux and Eileen Schoonmaker. Comeaux brings over 30 years of industry experience, most recently serving as the SVP, commercial division leader at EverBank. Eileen Schoonmaker has over 35 years of experience, most recently serving as the president and general manager of DLL. Each Business Workshop will consist of three modules featuring case studies, practical applications, interactive sessions and the acquisition of tactical skills and business models/tools. In addition to group transformational coaching and peer counseling and coaching, all participants will now receive one-on-one personal coaching throughout the program.

STRIPES is also shortening its program from 10 months to 6 months and revamping its pricing. Cohort 6 commences in person on October 16 – 18 in Philadelphia with its 3-Day Transformational Leadership Launch.
