Post Road Equipment Finance (PREF) provided a $25 million lease line to a leading designer and manufacturer of protective cases, portable lighting and temperature-controlled packaging serving a range of industries, including consumer, government and pharmaceutical sectors.
This strategic investment will finance critical machinery and equipment, enabling the company to drive new product innovation, expand production capacity and enhance margins through increased automation. The company sought to unlock liquidity from the recent capital investments and ensure ongoing capacity for capital expenditures, partnering with a lender capable of swift and seamless execution.
“PREF successfully closed the lease facility within a few weeks, reimbursing the company for recent substantial investments in equipment and establishing a line to support future expenditures,” Wren Rex, senior managing director, originations at PREF, said. “We are thrilled to support a company experiencing significant growth and to strengthen our relationships with their sponsor.
