René Paradis, president and chief operating officer of Auxilior Capital Partners, will deliver the keynote address at STRIPES Leadership Program’s upcoming in-person certification ceremony. The event marks the graduation of the program’s fifth cohort of equipment finance leaders and will be held in Philadelphia on Sept. 16.

In her keynote address, titled “Leading with Heart and Vision: A Journey to Empower, Innovate, and Transform,” Paradis will extend her congratulations to the graduating cohort of STRIPES leaders and share some personal insights on what it takes to become a transformative leader in the financial services industry.
STRIPES Cohort 5 certification ceremony will be held in-person and attended by graduates, their managers, mentors, stakeholders, STRIPES leadership and master talk and workshop leaders, among others. Following Paradis’ keynote, each graduate will be individually recognized for their outstanding achievements and becoming a certified STRIPES leader.
