Jena Morgan, CLFP founded NesteNivå, a technology and operations strategy and execution company, according to a LinkedIn post from Morgan. She also serves as the company’s CEO.
“NesteNivå is a technology and operations strategy and execution company,” Morgan said in a LinkedIn post. “The phrase ‘neste nivå’ means ‘to the next level’ in Norwegian. It speaks to me as it is not only part of my heritage but something I live by in both my personal and professional life. I believe moving forever forward is the key to success, and I bring that mindset to the work I do for my clients.”
According to Morgan’s LinkedIn profile, she has over a decade of experience in equipment finance, having entered the industry as a national business development manager for Channel, before moving into multiple roles over a seven-year tenure with KLC Financial and then moving to chief operating officer of 360 Equipment Finance in 2023 before becoming its fractional leader in 2024. Morgan also served on the board of directors for the Certified Lease & Finance Professional Foundation from 2022 to 2023, according to her LinkedIn profile.
