RVI Group, a company in residual value insurance, promoted Dana Niven to the position of director of sales and client services. In this role, she will help oversee the company’s client relationship management, driving growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Since joining the team in 2017, Niven has excelled in the client services role and expanded her contributions to the commercial equipment (CE) team. During the past year, Niven added sales responsibilities related to inbound program opportunities and has played a key role in obtaining new business for the CE department.
In her new capacity, Niven will be responsible for leading the client services team, fostering long-term relationships with clients and new prospects and helping to develop sales strategies. She has been instrumental in RVI’s success.
Before joining RVI, Niven spent over 20 years serving in various leadership roles at the Hertz Rent – A- Car Corporation in its global sales and marketing division.
