PEAC Solutions received the 2024 Sustainability Initiative of the Year Award from Leasing Life, a European leasing industry journal, during the 21st Leasing Life Conference & Awards event in Milan.
PEAC Solutions was recognized for its collaboration with BusinessBike, a partnership that recently marked its tenth anniversary. The vendor finance program is designed to allow companies to offer their workforce access to state-of-the-art bicycles for the daily work commute. Another positive element of the award-winning initiative was the support of the Bergwaldprojekt, a non-profit organization whose mission is to restore and maintain forests in Germany and other European countries. PEAC Solutions donates Euro 1.00 to the Bergwaldprojekt for every bike financed via the BusinessBike program. These funds are used to support the project’s charitable work, which is staffed by volunteers and takes place in public forests and nature reserves in cooperation with local forestry and conservation authorities.
