North Mill Equipment Finance appointed Pierina Silvestre to vice president of IT. Silvestre began her journey with North Mill in 2019 as an insurance and asset management administrator. She was soon promoted to loss mitigation manager, followed by roles as senior business analyst and, most recently, assistant vice president of IT. She is a graduate of STRIPES Leadership Program and an honoree of Monitor’s NextGen list.
“The biggest lesson I took from STRIPES was the importance of leading with authenticity and vulnerability,” Silvestre said. “It has helped me build trust, create genuine connections and drive meaningful results — key factors in reaching this next step as VP.”
