We offer inspections nationwide including collateral inspections, site inspections and collection door knocks. We offer standard reports, or we can work with you to design a customized client specific report ensuring you get the information you want.

We offer the following inspection types:

• Equipment Inspections – Offered as a standalone product or in conjunction with a site inspection our equipment inspections will allow you to properly document your collateral and its condition. Included with each inspection are sufficient digital photographs to clearly show you the current status of your collateral making it, so you no longer have to settle for minimal or blurry photos of your equipment. For example, for transportation equipment you will receive photos of every angle, engine, tires, interior (dash, seats, sleeper), current odometer and VIN plate along with photos of any noticeable damage. Additionally, we offer the Equipment Plus Inspection that includes a Fair Market Value (FMV) assessment of the inspected equipment as part of the assignment. We are the only inspection company with the required expertise to provide you with an accurate and current snapshot of your equipment’s value.
• Site Inspections – Never wonder again of the business is open or properly stocked to conduct business. These assignments include customer or vendor inspections and come with detailed exterior photos of the location, business signage and street view. If desired, we have the ability to do a room by room walkthrough with detailed photographs of the entire facility.
• Collection Inspections – With a choice of two levels of service you will be able to ensure your account gets the needed attention. Our Collection Assist inspection includes an unannounced door knock at your customers place or business, home address or both. Our goal is to get your customer on the phone with you to resolve the current issues. If no one is home, we can leave a confidential notification of your providing or a simple call back card based on your direction to remind your customer that they have an unresolved issue. Our Collection Plus account includes everything from the Collection Assist along with talking to the neighbors to ensure occupancy and the inspection of the collateral when available.
