Alumni of STRIPES Leadership Program, the professional and personal leadership development program designed to challenge and inspire best-in-class leaders within the equipment finance industry, are hosting their first-ever webinar: Beyond STRIPES: Charting Our Leadership Path.
The webinar will take place on Tuesday, Feb. 11, 2025 and is designed to provide valuable insights on leadership and succession planning in 2025 and beyond. Delivering key content in the webinar are two industry leaders: Keith Henry, CEO of Sawbux, and Donna Yanuzzi, executive vice president of 1st Equipment Finance.
Henry will present findings from Sawbux’s groundbreaking executive personnel survey conducted in early 2024. The survey, which gathered data from 800 commercial finance firms, highlights surprising trends and significant opportunities for equipment finance professionals ready to step into leadership roles in the coming years.
Yanuzzi will share her insights on leadership development, offering actionable strategies for engaging with executive leadership, gaining recognition for key skills, finding mentors to support growth and paving a path for individual and team success.
