The PNC Financial Services Group appointed Douglas Dachille to its board of directors and its risk committee.

Dachille began his career at JPMorgan Chase, where he was global head of proprietary trading and co-treasurer.
“We are thrilled to welcome Doug as a new independent director,” William S. Demchak, chairman and CEO of PNC, said. “His unique perspective of the financial services sector will help steer our accelerated growth strategy.”
