Eastern Funding LLC, a specialty finance lender to businesses nationwide, announced that Falencia Prime has joined the company as Chief Operating Officer. In her role, she will oversee the company’s operations, technology and compliance functions.
Prime has served over 30 years in the financing and banking industry in senior leadership roles.
Throughout her extensive career, she has focused on Enterprise Credit Policy, implemented Quality Assurance Programs, realigned workflow processes through technology migration, and led Business Process Outsourcing efforts.

Prior to joining Eastern Funding, Prime served as the Director of Loan Operations with the Global Financial Services Division at Pitney Bowes.
