Aviation Capital Group, a global full-service aircraft asset manager, promoted Jaime Crear to chief administrative officer effective July 15, 2025.
Crear, currently senior vice president and chief accounting officer, will join ACG’s senior leadership team. In her new role, Crear will help drive the strategy around ACG’s people, technology and operational processes with direct oversight of human resources, office services, information technology and contract management.
“Jaime has demonstrated exceptional leadership and a deep understanding of what it takes to scale our operational processes effectively and sustainably,” Thomas Baker, CEO and president of ACG, said. “Her ability to unite people, processes and systems across functions will be instrumental as we advance our strategic priorities and build the operational backbone necessary for long-term success.”
