Wingspire Equipment Finance appointed Michael Brigante as senior vice president of capital markets. In this role, Brigante will help drive the company’s capital markets buy-side strategy and its ability to deliver reliable, large-ticket financing to middle market and sponsor-backed companies.
Brigante brings over four decades of experience in the equipment finance sector, specializing in capital markets, syndications and the execution of large-ticket transactions. He has held senior leadership roles directing buy- and sell-side activities, portfolio sales and the structuring of complex lease and loan transactions.
In his new role at Wingspire Equipment Finance, Brigante will be responsible for leading the company’s capital markets initiatives, with a focus on syndication strategy, institutional relationship development and expanding portfolio exposure solutions that support the company’s lending partnerships.
