As Vice President, Sales (USA), you’ll lead a dynamic, high-performing sales team, shape national strategy, and drive exceptional results in one of the most innovative finance organizations in the industry.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead & Inspire: Coach, mentor, and empower our U.S. Sales team to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Strategize for Success: Develop and execute annual business plans and budgets that fuel growth.
  • Optimize Operations: Streamline processes, improve efficiency, and ensure top-notch compliance and quality.
  • Drive Results: Set clear goals, monitor performance metrics, and deliver outcomes that align with corporate strategy.
  • Develop Talent: Build team strength, nurture future leaders, and create a culture of accountability and achievement.
  • Collaborate at the Top: Work closely with executive leadership to shape the company’s direction and deliver actionable insights.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience in the U.S.
  • 10+ years in vendor finance or construction equipment finance.
  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for performance and growth.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
  • The ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities with ease.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • A strong grasp of financial statements and risk analysis.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in finance
