For nearly three decades, Sherrie Reish has been a driving force in the refrigerated transportation and equipment finance industry. As Regional Account Sales Executive at PLM Fleet, she exemplifies excellence through her deep industry expertise, relationship-driven leadership and unwavering integrity. Reish’s career is defined by her ability to grow markets, mentor emerging professionals and deliver customer solutions that align innovation with reliability.

Throughout her 28-year tenure at PLM Fleet, Reish has earned a reputation as a top performer who continually expands her territory while elevating the company’s national presence. Beginning as a Rental Sales Manager and advancing through leadership roles such as Branch and District Sales Manager, she now serves as a key strategist in business development and account management. Her expertise spans the entire sales lifecycle — portfolio design, pricing architecture, customer acquisition and long-term fleet optimization — making her one of PLM’s most versatile and trusted sales leaders.

In the past year, Reish successfully cultivated new markets across Tennessee and Florida, reestablishing relationships with three prior companies that returned to PLM under her guidance. Her ability to demonstrate measurable time and cost savings has been instrumental in winning back business and strengthening customer loyalty. She is also the leading sales representative responsible for introducing PLM TrustLink. This cutting-edge track-and-trace telematics solution provides clients with real-time visibility into temperature changes, door activity, idle times and equipment performance. Her knowledge of analytics and telematics has helped clients achieve greater operational efficiency and confidence in their cold chain management.

Beyond her commercial success, Reish has been at the forefront of the industry’s shift toward sustainability. She has played an active role in helping customers transition to hybrid and all-electric TRUs, a major step toward reducing emissions and building a more environmentally responsible future for refrigerated transportation.

Inside PLM Fleet, Reish is equally dedicated to developing people. She has trained countless employees across sales, marketing and operations — mentoring new regional managers and especially supporting women entering a traditionally male-dominated field. As a founding member of PLM’s partnership with the Women in Trucking Association, she champions diversity and inclusion within her company and the broader transportation finance community. Her leadership extends to civic life as well. She previously served as President of the Car and Truck Leasing Association of Atlanta, representing major OEMs and rental organizations across Georgia.

Reish’s influence also reaches into her community. She has raised over $100,000 for breast cancer awareness through multiday walkathons and more than $20,000 for Parkinson’s research, while remaining active in her synagogue’s sisterhood and women’s initiatives.

“After 28 years of dedicated service, Sherrie Reish is being honored as one of the notable women in equipment finance — a recognition that reflects her exceptional expertise, unwavering commitment and deep knowledge of the industry,” says Kevin Brix, Vice President and General Manager, Fleet Leasing, PLM Fleet. “Her passion for serving customers has been the cornerstone of her career, consistently delivering solutions with integrity and care. She is not only a trusted resource but also a mentor and leader whose impact will be felt for years to come.”

“Always look for solutions, not problems. Ask questions, listen more than you speak and never be afraid to admit mistakes — because that’s how growth happens. Address people by name, lead with respect and speak up when something matters. Courage and honesty build character, and character builds lasting success.”
