For more than 19 years, Sarah Tezuka has played an integral role in Solifi’s growth and innovation within the equipment and secured finance industries. Joining the company in 2006 when it was known as International Decision Systems (IDS), Tezuka has been at the forefront of its transformation from a traditional software provider to a leading global fintech organization.
When Tezuka began her journey, IDS’s flagship platform was InfoLease, an on-premises portfolio management system serving the equipment finance sector. Over time, she became a key voice in shaping the product’s evolution, guiding its progression from InfoLease to the Open Finance Platform (OFP), Solifi’s scalable, cloud-based SaaS solution. This transition was not simply a product upgrade — it marked a complete shift in the company’s technological foundation and market approach. Tezuka’s leadership and insight were central to this modernization, ensuring that innovation aligned with the real-world needs of customers and the dynamic pace of the finance industry.
As Senior Product Manager, Tezuka brings a customer-first mindset to every stage of product development. She gathers and interprets client feedback to prioritize features and improvements that truly enhance user experience. During the pivotal 2017 phase, when the company experienced high demand for InfoLease 10, her strategic contributions helped position Solifi for the successful rollout of its next-generation platform. Today, her work continues to influence OFP’s evolution and roadmap, particularly focusing on Portfolio Management – ILS.
“For nearly two decades, Sarah Tezuka has been a driving force behind our most critical product innovations,” says Kristie Kosobuski, CLFP, Vice President of Portfolio Management at Solifi. “Her unwavering customer focus and deep understanding of the financial technology landscape have been invaluable. Sarah has a rare talent for translating complex industry needs into solutions that not only delight our clients but also define our competitive edge.”
Tezuka’s commitment extends beyond product innovation. She serves as the leader of Solifi’s Equipment Finance User Group, fostering an environment where customers can share insights that directly shape future releases. This collaboration bridges the gap between product teams and clients, reinforcing Solifi’s reputation as a partner that listens and adapts. Through this role, Tezuka ensures that the company remains responsive to emerging trends and evolving customer priorities.
Colleagues and clients alike describe Tezuka as a professional who balances technical expertise with empathy and collaboration. Her ability to translate complex industry needs into actionable product strategies has helped strengthen Solifi’s competitive edge. She approaches each challenge with curiosity and composure, focusing on sustainable innovation that benefits both customers and the company.
Tezuka’s long tenure reflects her dedication not only to technology but also to the people it serves. She continues to mentor others within the organization, encouraging teamwork and communication across departments to deliver cohesive, impactful results. Her steady leadership and deep understanding of the financial technology landscape make her a respected voice within both Solifi and the wider equipment finance community.
Through nearly two decades of consistent innovation and integrity, Tezuka has proven that progress in technology is built on more than data — it’s built on trust, vision and the willingness to evolve.
“In the fast-moving world of equipment finance, your voice is your power. Listen with intention, speak with confidence and trust in the expertise you’ve earned. This industry thrives on connection — so lean into the network of women who uplift and inspire. When you show up with purpose, you don’t just navigate change — you become the change.”
