“We’re excited to welcome Joe, Shamila, Cooper and our talented first-year associates to the finance, restructuring and bankruptcy practice,” Kevin J. Admitted to practice in New York, Shamila graduated from Georgetown University Law Center with her J.D. and earned her B.S. from Simon Fraser University. While in law school, she served on the Georgetown Environmental Law Review.

Moore advises on corporate transactions and financial analysis, with experience in mergers and acquisitions, equity financings and regulatory compliance. He also leads and supports due diligence efforts and deal execution for transactions ranging from multimillion-dollar mergers to asset acquisitions across a wide variety of industries. Moore joins Blank Rome from Dorsey & Whitney.

Moore received his J.D., cum laude, from SMU Dedman School of Law, and his B.B.A, summa cum laude, from Baylor University.
