First Business Bank welcomed Tom Haflett to its subsidiary, First Business Specialty Finance, as vice president, equipment finance, broker relations.
Based in Collegeville, Pennsylvania, Haflett brings over 15 years of equipment finance and broker development experience to help brokers nationwide deliver effective financing solutions to their customers. Throughout his career, he has built and managed broker networks across multiple industries, developing programs designed to fit the specific needs of each broker’s customer base. His expertise in creating simple applications, flexible terms and responsive customer service enables brokers to satisfy their customers and achieve greater customer retention.
Haflett earned a bachelor of science degree in business administration from Albright College.
