First Bank Chicago promoted Patrick Tatarek to executive vice president / lease finance business development manager. Tatarek has been instrumental in guiding strategic initiatives across the department. In this expanded role, he will continue to lead the growth, profitability and client-relationship strategy for the bank’s equipment finance division. Tatarek joined the bank in 2016.
