Monitor’s inaugural LeadHer Leadership Summit will be hosted by Lisa Rafter, publisher of Monitor, and co-hosted by respected industry leader Lori Frasier. Taking place June 2 – 4, 2026, in Philadelphia, LeadHer is an intentional, business-first leadership experience designed to address the evolving realities shaping today’s equipment finance ecosystem.
Created with purpose and guided by decades of industry leadership, LeadHer brings together the experience, insight and practical perspective of two leaders whose careers have helped shape leadership, culture and progress across the industry.
Rafter brings more than 30 years of experience building platforms that elevate voices, recognize excellence and push the industry forward. As publisher of Monitor, Rafter has launched and led influential publications, events and recognition programs, including the founding of STRIPES, a leadership program focused on developing the next generation of industry leaders.
“LeadHer is an intentional gathering designed around what our industry needs right now — focused conversation, practical insight and clear takeaways participants can apply immediately to how they think, decide and move their organizations forward,” Rafter said.
Frasier brings more than three decades of experience advising CEOs, boards and executive teams through growth, transformation and complexity. Her career spans senior leadership roles at global and high-growth organizations, as well as founding ELFA’s first Women’s Council. Throughout her work, Frasier has focused on translating leadership intention into measurable business impact.
“Women leaders in our industry are navigating increasing complexity, often without the space to pause and recalibrate. LeadHer brings together thoughtful content, real-world leadership experience and candid conversation — creating a setting where women can reconnect with peers, build new relationships and leave with greater clarity and focus,” Frasier said.
Together, Rafter and Frasier set the tone for LeadHer — business-first, action-oriented and grounded in the real-world challenges and opportunities facing the equipment finance industry. Their combined leadership shapes an experience that is thoughtful, practical and transformative for leaders at every stage.
