Dr. Terri Boyer, founding director of the Anne Welsh McNulty Institute for Women’s Leadership at Villanova University, will join the speaker faculty for Monitor’s upcoming LeadHer Women’s Leadership Summit.
Boyer is a nationally recognized authority on women’s leadership, gender equity and workforce advancement. She has worked with dozens of major companies and institutions on leadership development and gender initiatives and is a frequent national speaker and media source on advancing women in the workplace. Her research focuses on identifying structural barriers to leadership and providing practical strategies to help professionals expand their influence and impact.
At LeadHer, Boyer will lead an interactive session titled “Leveling Up: Expanding Your Spheres of Influence.” The session is designed as a working experience in which participants will map their current sphere of influence, identify gaps and opportunities and develop practical strategies to expand their reach across teams and organizations.
Attendees will leave the session with actionable approaches to strengthen credibility and visibility, navigate complex relationships and lead change more effectively. The program reflects LeadHer’s focus on practical leadership development that participants can immediately apply within their organizations.
Early bird registration ends February 27, and pricing will increase to $1,295. Seats are limited and filling quickly. Additional program details and speakers will be announced in the coming weeks. Find more information and register here.
