Dr. Shanna B. Tiayon, social psychologist, executive coach and principal consultant at Yes Wellbeing Works, will lead a featured workshop at the upcoming LeadHer Women’s Leadership Summit.
Dr. Tiayon will present “Strategic Boundaries: Protecting Your Time, Energy and Leadership Impact,” a workshop designed to help senior leaders navigate one of the most persistent challenges facing women in leadership today: the pressure to deliver exceptional results while remaining endlessly available.
The session will explore how leaders can strategically position themselves to protect their time and leadership capacity while still driving meaningful organizational impact. Participants will gain practical strategies for setting clear boundaries, delegating with confidence and declining opportunities that dilute their effectiveness as leaders.

As a social psychologist and executive coach, she works with senior leaders and organizations to build healthier, higher-performing workplaces through science-based leadership development and research-informed training.
Her work has been recognized by the American Psychological Association, and she was named a 2024 Culture Amp Top 25 Emerging Culture Creator. Dr. Tiayon’s writing on leadership, wellbeing and workplace culture has appeared in The Guardian, Greater Good Magazine, Longreads, Yes! Magazine and other national outlets.
LeadHer brings together women across equipment finance for an immersive leadership experience focused on business impact, professional growth and meaningful connection. The summit features executive discussions, leadership workshops and networking opportunities designed to support women at every stage of their leadership journey.
Dr. Tiayon’s session will add a powerful dimension to the program by providing practical tools that help leaders focus their energy where it matters most.
