Visual Lease, a CoStar Group brand, has been named a 2026 Influencer in CRE Technology by GlobeSt.

CoStar Group acquired Visual Lease in 2024 to complement its CoStar Real Estate Manager business line. The platform centralizes lease data and applies analytics to provide visibility into lease obligations, costs, risks and portfolio performance. It also supports compliance with accounting standards and enables coordination across finance, real estate, legal and IT teams.
