Vice President – Documentation Manager

Wingspire Equipment Finance, a leading provider of mid- to large-ticket equipment leasing and finance solutions, is looking to hire an experienced Vice President, Documentation Manager.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing the customer relationship from credit approval to funding
  • Equipment, invoice, and proof of payment tracking
  • Legal and documentation due diligence
  • Lien perfection and priority, including UCC filings and no interest letters
  • Working with and overseeing inspectors and sales tax advisors
  • Creating executable documentation packages
  • Funding and booking transactions
  • Preparing assignment documents for syndicated deals
  • Completing other duties commonly associated with equipment lease and loan documentation

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in equipment leasing and finance documentation preferred

Compensation:

  • Based on experience: $75,000 to $150,000 annually
