Boston Financial closed a $500,000 lease transaction for a pre-revenue to early pilot stage company. The engineering company has raised $17 million to date but will need further funding in the near future to get to commercial stage.
The company recently closed a $1.5 million of venture debt to bridge any potential short-term liquidity. The total lease was for $1.2 million.
Boston Financial came in as a participant with Fountain Partners.
